The first appointment is typically more than 1 hour. It will depend on the service requested.

There are a few forms you'll need to fill out. We have a Health Questionnaire form, a Wax consent form and a Photo and Video consent form. The Health Questionnaire form is required for the service. The other two are optional depending on which one you give consent to and what you would like to have done. 

The Health Questionnaire is required to be filled out to ensure your safety. Since a few treatments are not suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, are on certain medications, or under certain medical treatments.

Although we provide bath robes before every service, you are able to bring extra clothing if you'd prefer.

It is recommended that you shave two days before or two days after your service to avoid irritation on the treatment area. 

It is recommended to come to your appointments with a bare face to ensure your appointment will stay on schedule. Removing make-up at the salon will delay the treatment. 

There are many facial treatment options on the menu that you can choose from, but the average facial typically involves cleansing, some form of exfoliation, mask, toner, serum & moisturizer. The machines/ tools used vary based on the service type.
